The Home and Business edition includes five different programs.
Microsoft Word is one of the most used and best text processors that you can find. It has been designed to allow you to write and to organize documents in an easy manner. One of the new features is, that it enables you to save the document online, and it gives you the possibility to access, edit and to share them from any web browser. There are now effects that you can apply to your text, such as Reflection, Bevel and Glow effects.
You can use PowerPoint to produce and to design presentations or to share sideshows. It provides you with variety of ways that you can do these things, since it allows you to apply many different animations, image effects, slide transitions, and much more.
Microsoft Outlook is a program that allows you to manage multiple email accounts, like Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo, from one place. A new tool has been added called the 'Conversation View', which allows you to track your email conversations and filters messages by their content.
Microsoft Excel has been improved and it lets you analyse, model, share and manage information in many more ways than before. There are new and advanced tools to visualize and to analysis data, and includes all of the necessary elements in order to great stunning and practical spreadsheets.
The last utility that has been included in the Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business edition is OneNote. This practical application can capture text, images and videos, and it also allows you to write down your thoughts and ideas as notes.
